Account and Pasword, Order and Payment, Exchange or Return

Available Payment Ways
The payment ways currently provided are Paypal, Credit or Debit way. But we will develop more payment methods. We also provide Zelle payment way, if you couldn’t make the order with the way supported by the website, you can contact us for solving.

Order Tracking and Disputing
Order Tracking
Usually you will receive one E-mail for tracking number from website systems.
Another way, you can get the shipment information or tracking number by a few simple steps:

Order Disputing
- Not get the order confirmation from E-mail
- Payment was deducted twice or three times for one order
Shipping and Handling
We usually use UPS, USPS, and other express delivery methods to mail packages, with a delivery time of 1-2 days.
If the order is placed before 2 pm on the same day, the package can be mailed out on the same day. If the order is placed after 2 pm, usually it needs to be shipped out the next day.
